What To Expect With Your New Door Installation
Purchase Your Measure
Purchase a measure in your local store to begin the installation process. TBC will send out one of our experienced installers to measure and verify the door locations at your home. Our office will contact you within one business day of purchasing your measure. At your home we gather the size of the rough opening, note any additional labor, take photos, and build a material list.
Select Your Door
The installer will submit your measurements back to the office, where our experience staff reviews every item. Our office then forwards the detailed measure to the store where the sales associates will help you select the new door to be installed. If you’ve already picked your door, the associate will verify the correct size and style with you and finalize the order. Once everything is purchased, an order is sent directly to TBC for scheduling.
Scheduling Your Install
If your door and materials are all in stock products, TBC’s Installers will reach out to contact you within one business day of purchasing your install to set up a schedule date. For any projects with special order product, our puts your order on temporary hold until the product is safely delivered from the manufacturer. When the store receives your special order door, they will notify us immediately, allowing us to get your job scheduled.
